Shuttle service between the Radisson hotel and the physics department has been arranged for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Times can be adjusted. Trip is less than 10 minutes. For you contrarians staying at the Doubletree, I have been told they will also shuttle you but you must ask them directly. (Tell them to take you to the Airline St parking garage on campus.) That trip is a bit longer.

You are dumped off at the east side of Fondren Science.
Enter "NOvA" doors, climb stairs, down hallway to rm 102 to register.
Leave Fondren --> Radisson: 5:40 pm (Adjustable.)
Saturday
Leave Radisson: 8:20am am
Leave Meadows (banquet site) 8:45pm (Adjustable.).
Sunday
Leave Radisson: 8:10am
Leave Fondren: 2:15pm
