You would be unusual if you did not get spam e-mails. Some people are literally carpet-bombed with them. They offer wonderful deals on Viagra, mortgages, software, drugs, and some other things. Given the extremes spammers go to in order to hide their identity, why would you try to buy anything from a spam e-mail promotion?
