Parking instructions for science fair awards banquet Wednesday April 25, 2007

Parking is available along Bishop Boulevard. From US-75, exit Mockingbird Lane, and take Mockingbird west to Bishop Boulevard. Turn right heading north on Bishop. Parking attendants will be available to direct you to a space. The banquet will be held in the Hughes-Trigg Student Center (#36 on the map).

Dear Science Fair Winner,

On Wednesday April 25, 2007, we will hold the Beal Bank Awards Banquet for the Dallas Regional Science and Engineering Fair in the Hughes-Trigg Ballroom (located downstairs) during lunch--approximately 12:00 to 3pm. First-, Second-, and Third-place winners plus Special Award winners (excluding Honorable Mentions) are invited, along with your teacher. Each winner may bring up to two guests.

Winning students and their teachers attend at no charge. Additional guests (maximum of two) may attend for $15 per person. For reservations, contact Shirley Melton at 214-768-2495 or shirley@physics.smu.edu
