Dallas Regional Science and Engineering Fair as part of its long-term
commitment to excellence in science, engineering and mathematics. SMU
has been a sponsor of the Fair since its inception in the 1950s. The
university offers an $18,000 scholarship to each of the senior
division grand prize winners. Events such as the annual Science Fair
give SMU an opportunity to reinforce the importance of learning,
experimenting and healthy competition.
